Opt-out of new editor.
This new editor is hard to use and I can't use it anymore. I would like to opt-out of using this new one and use the old one again. This should be a feature.
I know some people like this new one and think it's useful, but that's for specific projects, like platformers, which require a sprite that needs to be big enough to scroll. But for any other project, this is useless, unhelpful and makes it harder to use. The interface is also incredibly cramped which also makes it very un-user-friendly. Please add this, Scratch Team.

No support. If you don't like it just zoom in. It is really helpful for basic scrolling projects and other things of that variety.

I believe the offline editor has the older paint editor. So, if you don't like the new paint editor just download that. If not, then just zoom in as mentioned above.

You can download the old offline editor which is older.

Also, why do you not like 3.0?
Also rejected:
2.3 Set the editor to look like older versions of Scratch
Some users prefer the look and feel of the Scratch 2.0 editor, and have suggested that the editor look like Scratch 2.0, but still run off of HTML5 like Scratch 3.0 does. However, this would be more complicated for educational and documentation purposes. It could be confusing if someone is trying to learn Scratch from someone who is using a completely different layout of the editor than them.
In addition, the Scratch Team changed the design for a reason: to make it easier, more intuitive, and friendlier for newcomers to use. If you dislike the Scratch 3.0 editor, you can still download the Scratch 1.4 or Scratch 2.0 offline editors.
However, the Scratch Team is still considering adding options to change the block size inside the editor, an option to switch the side of the screen the stage is on, and an option for a dark mode interface. It may be some time, though, before these ideas are implemented; please be patient.
Also, why do you not like 3.0?

Oh, I've just seen how they changed it and it's kinda blehh
I hate it ughh, full support! Why would they change it like that? It makes it so much harder for me to do art
But it can also be useful, like if you want to know if a sprite fits the stage, so it makes sense for this to be a toggle-able thing. Great idea, and I hope this gets implemented.

Full Support
When I was using it it was confusing because things on the editor were BIG (the size i want them to be) And now the whole thing is in the corner and is so small!

Extreme support. I dislike the new Scratch editor, it looks unappealing and it is very hard to use. It has kind of ruined Scratch, and I really liked the Scratch editor before this update.

Support. The new editor looks generic and is kind of confusing to use in my opinion.
Nevermind i changed my opinion.

Yes! I agree! The old editor was so much easier to use!

Idea: there could be a button which says “Show/Hide outer canvas”*, depending on the mode. It would be next to “Convert to bitmap/vector”.
Here are two links, because the images are quite big (I want to keep the quality):
Show outer area
Hide outer area
Notice the button next to “Convert to Bitmap”.
Also, I've written the text by hand, because Krita's text editor is really glitchy.

Completle support, I dislike the new one and we should revert back to the one from a few days ago. Or at least make it an option.

I agree! The new blue things on the sides make me feel as if I have less room to draw, and when I put art I've made on other drawing websites on scratch, it ruins the quality even more then usual. I really want a button that let's you go back to the old paint editor. The old paint editor was spacious and it was just easier to draw on.

Mockup coming soon!
I don't really like the outer canvas to be there all the time, but if I'm working with sprites outside the canvas it could be nice. So, making it optional would be a great idea
