I'm considering translating to Indonesian. But yet, I've not found how yet. How can I do this? IS there an age limit/something similar?

There is no age limit (or age requirement, actually). You can sign up at http://translate.scratch.mit.edu/ and start “suggesting” translations.
I'm not sure if there are any Indonesian admins on there. Wait a few days to see if anyone accepts your “suggestions” and if no one does, contact the Scratch Team and ask if there are any admins. If there aren't any, they probably will promote you to admin for that language
