- Co-writer: Takes over when founder goes inactive (Cannot Fire people with permission)

How do Strikes Work? (Cause they are a thing!)
If you don't respond to a activity check, strike.
Aruging with the BOW and it not resolved in at least 4 posts/won't listen to others to stop STRIKE!
Spamming 3-4 times: Strike!
