So, I've been on Scratch, on the forums, a lot today. But, when I get on, a thing that looks like a picture of a circle appears at the top-left. After a while, it turns into a circle and a link to a place on Scratch that is blacked out at the top-left. This might be just an IE bug, but HEEELLLLLLLLPPPPP! I run Windows 7 on Internet Explorer.
EDIT: Now, on the close button, it has a network symbol.
EDIT 2: Ok… when I minimize it and then maximize, it goes away.

Closing, it isn't happening anymore, seems to happen on any page, but not anymore.
