I will add a buggy, laggy and simple game to the studio and you have to remix it and reduce lag, fix bus and make it more exciting. Ideas: Using a tick broadcast in place of a forever loop or custom blocks.

Profile pictures:

In profile picture classes, you will learn how to:

• Create a profile picture of almost any style
  
• Chose the correct art style and carry it out accordingly
  
• Choose the correct colour palette
  
• Include an OC or username
  
• Begin to create profile pictures on a different application (optional)

To begin with, try making yourself a basic profile picture with your username and one other, then try duplicating the sprite and changing the colour of the text and the background. Then in the project description answer these questions: How does changing the colour palette change the look of the picture? Which one do you like more? (if you feel confident you can add why but this is not compulsory). Add your project to the studio.

Hi! I'm Milkysplash, and I'm one of the teachers here! I teach you how to make thumbnails and cover Canva as a design program, and in each lesson, I will ask you to improve on your thumbnail, and create a new one so I can see how much you've improved. We will also cover uploading thumbnails to the forums, as well as starting a shop specialising in Thumbnail design and how to build up a portfolio.

Here are some recomendations you could follow, and you may find useful, but they are optional. And there are also rules which you must follow for my sake and your classmates sake.

• Make canvas size 480 by 360 px or pixels. Or Scratch will ruin the quality.
  
• Complete your assignments on time, I will give you 7 days, then a 2 day buffer zone. Which means, you have 9 days to complete your assignments. It will operate in British Summer Time, or Greenwich Mean Time, because I live in the UK and they must be in by 21:00 BST or GMT, or I will concider that assignment not done.
  
• BE RESEPECTFUL!
  
• Do not spam.
  
• Follow the comunity gudelines.
  
• Block out ALL personal info.
  

We will classify students into three differnt categories and we will help beginer first. Our three categories are beginer, intermeideate and advanced. If you feel like you have been placed in the wrong category, we will see to that. We will have a limit of 20 on beginer, 10 on advanced and 30 on intermiediate

A profile banner is a featured project, shared or unshared, that tells a little about you. The image is usually a picture that matches your profile, and might be aesthetic. In this class you'll learn to make them, and display them on your profile. I highly recommend getting Canva, as it is great for designs and has many free features.

The theme is to make a profile banner for my profile. Here are some things you can incorperate:

-My profile picture
-My likes / favorites
-An aesthetic picture
-My username

But be creative! The profile banner should represent me, but try your best!

Challenge: In the project description, add an “about me”.

Signatures are similar to profile banners, except they can be used anywhere in the forums! Many signatures include the Scratchers name, or a quote. Usually something they like or enjoy. For this class, I'd recommend Canva, and I highly recommend an image hosting site (or Scratch) to use.

The theme for today is famous quotes. Incorperate a famous quote into a signature you'd like. For inspration, you could:

-Use historic elements
-Have text bubbles
-Have the text different sizes / fonts / colors

But be creative! Think up anything.

Challenge: Use more than two elements / sprites.
