~ Customer & Employee Standards ~

Customer Standards

When ordering from Citrus Creations

-You must complete the entire form.
-You must be polite and understanding.
-You can request up to five products to choose from.

When recieving your order

-You must be polite to staff members.
-You may request a redo.
-You must be understanding if it is late.

When using your order

-Give credit to the shop and the creator.
-You may not claim the design as yours.
-If the design is watermarked, no need for credit.

Employee Standards

When claiming an order

-Quote the post and say “claimed” or “taken”.
-Notify the customer on their profile.
-Only claim orders if you can take them.

When doing an order

-If asking a question, do it on the customer's profile. Be polite.
-Create multiple designs if asked for the customer to choose from.
-Don't rush. Quality matters.
-If you need an extension, ask for one.

When watermarking an order

-Only watermark if requested, if not the customer must give credit.
-Make sure the watermark shows up.
-The watermark should be in the corner and small, and say “(design) by (creator)”.

When finishing an order

-Reply on the topic the order has been finished.
-Tell the customer on their profile, apologize if it's late.
-Try to be able to do a redo if asked for, and give them their whole order at once.
-Make any changes requested.
