sublevels:
  • mix up more than one levels
    options are in settings in-level editor
    connects with star doors
    ask ego-lay_atman-bay for more cuz its hard to tell more

A sub-level is a level inside another level, like sub-areas in mario maker. The reason why I called them sub-levels is because, well, they are levels inside another level, and you can have sub-levels inside sub-levels. Just think of them as a level that you can go to while playing another level.

Also, I just found that springs go through falling donut block. as a result, if you stand on a falling donut block, then you pass through a spring below you. However, you can still grab it.

Explanation: if you are standing “inside” a one-way-wall and a 1ww(one way wall) facing the same direction(left/right) is right next to it, I can go right through it. Can you fix this? It annoys me. Level code:

A glitch: so basically, if you have a tight space between a screen border and a spring with enough power to push mario, then mario just… falls. The level game play showcases it.(probably)
try to jum between the big spring and the border; it might work.

the reason why springs (and all entities) go through falling donut blocks, is because falling donut blocks are just falling platforms, which are entities. I have not made a way for entities to collide with other entities yet. Just to show you what I mean, here's the falling donut block id

the reason that happens has to do with how collision works. I didn't code it, and I don't plan on editing the collision scripts, they may break some levels. I'm fine with the glitch. It's not game breaking. It's more like, an unintentional secret.

I think it's because since mario's x is 1, his hitbox may not collide with the blocks under him, even though they should. I'm gonna keep this in because, I like it. It would be fun for a troll level.
