What is Collaboration?

I've seen a handful of projects that are collaborations with 2 or more users. Here is my question– how do you collaborate in the first place? I don't understand this. Thanks!

Lets say you have a project you can't do on your own or something.
First you make a Collab Studio
Then you make a new post with a little bit of what you want to do
Then you think of bunch of jobs corresponding to the project.
When people sign up, and there are enough people, assign projects to each person.
Oh, and don't forget to bump your thread once a day otherwise it'll be spam
type “Bump” to bump your thread
