Basically, on the day (I will post a big announcement saying ‘MONTHLY REVIEW TIME!’) we go through, pick a random shop that hasn't been reviewed yet, tell me you're reviewing them, them go to their thread and give them ratings out of 10 and write a bit about what you like and don't like (we review on layout so no need to order) and if the shop hasn't seen a post from the owner in more than 2 months, tell me and I'll remove them.

First of all: Good review, depending on what you have to say you can add more details,
Second: We've got 3 other people doing reviews, so I'd say that you should let somebody else do your shop.
Finally, you've got to stick with it and know what you do.

That is why I started the vote. I felt like shops are becoming increasingly unfederation-y so we need to add something else.
