Here you say, @username, OPEN, OPEN. Suggesting once the open spots are full you will stop accepting workers in that criteria. This is not good. (unless I misunderstood). You want to have as many workers as possible, because the more the merrier even in a specific criteria there are still a lot of styles and types of orders. You want VARIETY. Also more ppl = still not much impact when some people go absent.

You also don't have to put a space between quotes and text, since there's a natural bit of space between quotes, and putting another one between them makes the gap unnaturally big and makes posts loooooooooooooooooooooooong.

I'm sorry if this review was a bit short and didn't have some BIG points, but your shop really is really good and nice! TIPS started out even worse than this (um yeah I was inexperienced at the time).
