Scratch 2.0 is very slow, on both my phone (Has flash player) and my computer.

Well phones ARE slow for the most part, perhaps fast enough for your apps but flash eats ram and cpu like candy my guess is that either you have an older computer or viewing a large project. Your internet connection could also be to blame
