hate using scissors for cutting things. They are slow and don't cut very well. I'm not exactly rich and wanted to find some cheap paper cutters. When I say “paper cutter,” I mean something like this thing on amazon.com which is slightly above my budget.
Yeah, call me a cheapskate.
Anyway, I wanted to find a cheap paper cutter to get stuff done faster but couldn't decide. My guidelines are this:
1. They can't be on eBay or Craigslist, amazon is preferred.
2. I would like the maximum price to be in the 25-30 dollar range COUNTING SHIPPING.
3. I would rather it isn't a mini card cutter- I want something at least 10 inches.
