Whenever I go on the editor for my project Scratch Console 10, it has horrible lag.

Specs:
2.3 GHz Intel Core i7
8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
Intel HD Graphics 4000 768 MB
OS X 10.8.3
1 TB Storage

well first off your specs are either wrong or you have under-clocked your processor a dual i5 is faster than your i7 as it is at 3 GHz
(knowing apple the first possibility would not surprise me)

But anyways back on subject, Yeah this is normal for bigger projects. Work with smaller chunks of blocks before connecting them to increase efficiency.

Hmm, if it's only that project, we should try to isolate what's causing the lag, so we can fix it! Any ideas / suggestions?

Oh no this happens with any big project and it happened in 1.4 also.
