Browser info: My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Firefox 73.0, No Flash version detected

Description: Text inside a custom block is removable and editable (Editable meaning you can edit the text inside it.)

When it started: I don't exactly know when it started. It was apparently in another project that was made between January 2nd and 11th, 2019. My case was in June of 2019

Where it is: Editor, or more accurately this project (The one I made) and this unshared project (One I didn't make)

Reproduction steps: Sadly. There is no way, that I know of, to reproduce this bug. (Which will probably make fixing it a lot more difficult.)

Expected result: A regular text bubble that's stationary and is the right size

Actual result: A moveable text bubble, it's larger than regular.

Whoah, that's weird. I can see the same problem in the shared project. My browser/os: Android Linux 7.1.2, Chrome 78.0.3904.108.

It is like a combined white-on-white text field and too-big reporter block. A boolean-like input, but oval shape, is behind it in the custom block.

New copies of the same custom block pulled from the palette do not have the same anomaly.

(There was another unexplained bug on a long custom block, but not the same thing.)

I had experienced this issue numerous times shortly after the release of Scratch 3, on both the online and offline editors. I don't know if it's still an issue now since I feel like it may have been fixed since Scratch 3's initial release.

There is no way that makes sense.
