I am having trouble connecting Microbit to MIT Scratch 3.0

I am using Win10 Home
I have my Bluetooth on
My bluetooth supports BLE 4.0
I have downloaded and running Scratch Link 1.3.0.0

The problem appears when I am trying to flash the hex file. I never got to tranfer this file to microbit. When I flash or copy and paste this file the Microbit device losts its connection to the computer and then reconnects without the hex file..

That's perfectly normal. That's how it works. Now try running Scratch Link on your computer with your micro:bit on and connect the micro:bit to the online Scratch editor.
