instead of it changing instantly it would send a request to the scratch team then they could add it when wanted

And there are always people who would use extremely distracting gifs and colors.
The same can be said about removing profile and project icons. I could say, “dontbombiraq has this really annoying profile icon and I say we should remove ALL profile icons now.” A different user could use an inappropriate image as their icon as well, so why forbid this when stuff like this can already happen? There is a report button, you know.

And it doesn't have to be completely unregulated. There could be a template, too.

I support as per above. And.. Inappropriate widgets? …. How? The widgets would be selected by the ST..

Definatly! If I'm thinking the right thing. Themes would be nice. Maybe in the upright corner there would be buttons for it.

Though, I don't support uploading pictures. It would be hard to tell what the picture is of.

Why does everyone say that they're designs can be inappropriate? Icons can be inappropriate, projects can be inappropriate, etc. Just report them! And really, would anyone really want to change their design to something inappropriate, because they know they'd get banned if they did ;P
