Chrome used to have a feature where you could make a shortcut of a website, which would turn it into an app on one's computer, and I used it a few times to make app shortcuts of websites I used often.

However, this is quite an old post of mine, and I think my thought process for this post was the fact that the Open Source Projects forum existed, and Chromium was an open source project, so putting your projects on Chromium would make them open source?

nowadays, you can also just use the TurboWarp Packager to package projects into actual windows apps (that use Electron)
