I have seen in scratch website about scratch cards. but i have question here. how to prepare these cards. if i want to prepare a new scratch card like that, what i have to do. is there any technology to prepare the scratch cards?

No, he is referring to this. These are ‘cards’ that were created by the Scratch Team for people to use.

In that case, you probably want to use an image editor program (e.g. Photoshop) to place the text and pictures of your choice.
