Concerned for a Fellow Scratcher: No Projects are there!

My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 77.0.3865.120, No Flash version detected.

Scratch User ISLEOFTHECLOCKS's project showed up on my front page because another Scratcher I follow curated it. Naturally, I had a look. But what I found was not a project, but an error page? When I went to their profile page, there were no shared projects, no “about me” section, no “what I'm working on”, no way to comment, nothing.

“Favorite projects,” “Following,” and pretty much everything not “made by them” was visible. So were the actual comments. Their last comment was actually 3 hours ago! TODAY! That makes me suspect that the user didn't do this willingly

I suspected a ban, so I read up on the wiki. Unfortunately, nothing told me what a banned user actually looked like to another Scratcher.

The comments seemed to look fine. I understand that I haven't seen everything, and any malicious content causing the ban would be hidden from me. Such a judgement would not be rational. But it's worth mentioning anyways that the about most malicious thing I was allowed to see was this character: “ㅤ”
That's the Hangul filler Unicode character, and it was used in a funny comment in relation to an empty project.

Is my computer acting up? Is it a ban? Is it a reasonable ban? (Probably.) Is this a regional problem?
I'm probably overreacting a bit, but I want to be sure.

By the way, I think this has happened before, but I'm not really sure if it actually has.

Tested it - profile loaded fine, though the project link didn't work. I think that project was simply unshared, unless something weird happened or if the project was taken down for containing something inapprorpiate

Yesterday I saw this post, I went to the profile and there were no projects, I don't know how many projects they originally had but at the moment of writing this there are 13 projects.

This is my signature, it appears below my every post. Want to change yours? Use the code below in your browsers console.
this.document.location = "https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/settings/" + Scratch.INIT_DATA.LOGGED_IN_USER.model.username

The more you do now, the less you need to do later. - Me, and a bunch of other people saying it in slightly different ways.

I mentioned it came up from the “Projects Curated by” section on Scratch's main page. I think someone saw it.

And yes, NOW the profile page seems to be loaded.

Huh… If anyone is still looking at this topic, https://scratch.mit.edu/users/DickPhick/ is now not showing up for me. He's only been on for a day, so the link doesn't seem as strong, though.
