We should be able to put Define blocks and the custom blocks themselves in seperate sprites. It would be much better if I could keep all of my Define blocks in the stage/backdrop/whatever we're calling it now instead of having to keep it in the same sprite as I am using it in, especially if that sprite is already full of scripts. People could make invisible sprites dedicated to Define blocks!

Yes, custom blocks should be global, +1.
