I have seen this issue before and I have managed to replicate it before - for some reason the screen doesn't refresh when you use the line tool in the vector editor. My browser / operating system: MacOS Macintosh X 10.13.6, Chrome 77.0.3865.120

Yeah and I don’t know why is there a place where I can report this bug and not just show it to everyone?

It doesn't work for me, so I make make the line diagonal and turn the direction to 45 degrees.
