Edit the Scratch Wiki



A very easy question, how do you edit the start of the page? Like those words before the heading “History”.

I'm not a Scratch Wiki editor, but my theory is that the page you're trying to edit is a protected page (hence the star), meaning that edits on chunks or the entire article would be restricted to maintain the quality of that article.
Edit: It's a Wiki Wednesday article, which are protected from edits by normal users:

I'd suggest asking someone involved with the Scratch Wiki about that, since I can't seem to find information regarding that. Maybe all of the articles you've tested are protected articles?
