Rules:

The Plaintiff:

Must come to Court

Must have Evidence against the defendant (ex: screenshot)

No hearse

Can have witnesses

Codeword: Judge Judy

The Defendant:

Must come to court

Has to have Evidence (ex: screenshot)

May also have witnesses

Codeword: Hotbench

Judge:

Must come to court

No outside influence

Codeword: Judge for yourself

Lawyer:

Must come to court

Must represent their Client fairly

Must present evidence for said client

Must help client NO MATTER WHAT

Codeword: and I oop

Scratch Court (first ever)

Forms:
Forms must include codeword. For a case form, both plaintiff and defendant must fill one out. In each form they put in the codeword for their role. Ex: you are plaintiff. You type in plaintiff codeword, and that only.

No one is forced to respond. They have the right to not respond

We will have assigned dates they will know weeks ahead of time and I will send out reminders. We can reschedule if vacation gets in the way. If they are sick then we can reschedule also. But if you had no reason not to come to court it is unfair to the people who spent time on this.

I never said I would force them. But if they want it to happen they can't just mess around. They've got to commit.

Scratch Court (first ever)

This area is for Scratchers to get together and make projects. I suggest that you move over to a studio.

I'm also a bit concerned that your court is going to generate a lot of drama - but that remains to be seen.
