I found it by googling something like “online audio compressor”, It was the media.io one. I also found out later that exporting as a compressed .mp3 works sometimes so I would recommend trying that first if you haven't already.

the core of nothing (remaster, touhou-style?)

this thing which I'm meh about (which is touhou-style)
elegance-quiescence-pernamence ~ entropy and descent (touhou-style)
mountain edge view ~ high peaks (touhou-style)

as you can guess, i'm a fan of all things touhou.
