A sound level reporter
You know the
What about a
(loudness)block? It detects the sound level from a microphone.
What about a
(sound level :: sound)block? It would detect the sound generated by the project.

What about a(sound level :: sound)block? It would detect the sound generated by the project.
That would require a soundcloud-based script. Semi-support.
Although it's not Scratch 4.0 yet, Even a script like this in 3.0 would require tons of work.
But the only thing I support is to check how loud a sound is.

That's in this group:
change volume by (-10) // Changes the sprite's sound volume by the specified value
set volume to (100) % // Sets the sprite's sound volume to the specified value
(volume) // Reports back the sprite's current volume

A sound level reporter
Well, you could get nice and fancy with this too and add the concept of audio-visual effects which would be a tremendous improvement to Scratch as a whole.
