Could you elaborate on your suggestion? Are you asking to write Scratch programs in Javascript?

There should be a way to write in javascript
I know how you write in Javascript on Scratch:
1. Close Scratch
2. Open your text editor
3. Write Javascript
In all seriousness, though, what exactly does this mean? Text-based coding in Scratch is rejected and if you want to write Javascript, well, just write Javascript.
Unless you're talking about converting the project to the Javascript code? I think there might be a way to do that somewhere

And all the world over, each nation's the same,
They've simply no notion of playing the game.
They argue with umpires, they cheer when they've won,
And they practice beforehand, which ruins the fun!

You can write in JavaScript by opening developer tools and typing in the console.

I think you mean instead of programming with blocks on Scratch, you would program in JavaScript, but I believe Scratch is Python, just made in JS/HTML/CSS. So instead of being able to type in JavaScript, you would be able to type in Python.
IDK, but you should elaborate HTK808.

I have a question. Text-based coding is rejected, but is JS allowed? Just so you know, though, I'll bring it up.
If it is allowed, I do not support. JavaScript is not for Scratch, and in my opinion Scratch matches more with Python.
2.2 Text-based coding in Scratch
Some users wish to code Scratch not with the blocks, but with typing code instead (similar to how more advanced programming languages work). However, the Scratch Team has discussed this possibility multiple times and has decided every time that it would not be beneficial for beginners or for teachers.
One amazing thing about block-based programming is that syntax errors largely do not exist. Text-based programming would introduce syntax errors which younger users might not understand.
This suggestion extends to coding Scratch in any text, including BBCode, Javascript, some form of pseudocode, or some other programming language. If you wish to code using another language, then you can learn it on your own, but it would have to be done outside of Scratch.
If it is allowed, I do not support. JavaScript is not for Scratch, and in my opinion Scratch matches more with Python.
