I don't know about Splatoon, but the code would work very nicely for that specific minigame for sure

What do you want created?: A platformer engine where you can't move so you have to use a gun like-thing where you'll teleport to where the bullets hit, and there needs to be gravity, all the art can be a placeholder art, and it should have vertical and horizontal scrolling
