So the Scratcher openPoll suggested that the rules are too strict and we have to give the workers more freedom. I decided to create a poll on this so people can vote.

What do you want created?: a way so that only people i selct will be added to a list that cannot be changed unless its me and anyone on that list can send encoded messages that will be decoded and inserted into a list

I was thinking on changing the rule today — I made it when I was tired and then I realized it was a stupid rule.
