Which programming department do you want to work in?: at Scratch (ONLY debugging) and at JavaScript (i'm not very skilled at it, give me the simple ones

Here's a video of an HTML version of this order running as reference footage.

My order is to implement a clickable button that works like the above HTML version of the button made with the <canvas>. Clicking on it would run the JavaScript function “button” and would only run once if held down.

Make sure the cursor turns into a hand only when hovered over the button.
You can use any frameworks e.g. ProcessingJS, JQuery, just retain all functionality.

Here's the original testing page (warning, put together in like 5 minutes, ignore the invalid HTML).

And if you need extra details, feel free to discuss the order with me before accepting it.
