Seen it in Safari as well. Same with Internet Explorer. It's pretty strange- the only way to get rid of it is to refresh the page, because the buttons below it don't work when it happens.

It is just a small glitch - one of many in the 2.0 “release.”
Moving on from Scratch, to much bigger things. It's gonna be one fun adventure.
