What are the rules about projects to be curated? Can the same person have two different projects curated at different times? What if it's the same person on separate accounts, can the two accounts have a curated project at the same time? I haven't really seen any rules on scratch about, more specifically, the projects to be curated, if there is a place where you can view these please can someone leave a link?
