My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Firefox 67.0, Flash 27.0 (release 0) or the last version of Google Chrome

Here is the bug: I make a comment attached to a script, I move that script (the comment moves with it) I close the project, I open it again, and then the comment is where it was before I moved the script. I only tested this in a browser, not in the offline version of Scratch.
