Woah.. Probably the CSS page of Scratch is inaccessible. Could it be a problem with your ISP? Try clearing your Browsing History and Cache.

Whoa. This bug never comes to me — but I saw your operating system. It's the exact same with me as well. The ST needs to see this, a little kid will get scared and call 911 that is a problem for Scratch since it is full of kids.

Just realized, this is no bug or glitch, the webpage is doing what it's supposed to do.
This only happens when you access a page that doesn't exist correct? Well if there are no posts, then think about it. Do you know how the top of a page and the bottom of the page of a topic are similar? Well, since there are no posts, the “Discussion Forums > Suggestions > edit variable” at both the top and bottom of the page are overlapping each other. Same with the “Follow Discussion” button, except they aren't overlapping each other but you get the point.
I am pretty sure someone else has figured this out, but yeah.
I felt really smart earlier figuring that out, but I just realized that was kinda obvious.

I don't know if it's Chromium, My Raspberry Pi, or the site.

I use Raspberry Pi 3.
