About

We are an organization of shops that work together to help each other with orders, banners, and a lot more! We have most of the control over the shops, but the owners still get to hire and fire. We are also capable of seeing that everyone is fair; from customers, strikes and orders. If you spam, you will me notified that you will be banned from this organization. If you are banned from T.R.O., you will not be able to shop or apply from any of them. If you have any questions, please fire away!

NOTICE
This organization can take over shops. You can still run it, but we will be allowed to run Activity Checks and more. You can also add if you would like profile notifications or on-shop notifications. Please do not ask about this notice.

Laws

Customer Laws
1: Please be polite with you order.
2: If you have no reason for your order, don't waste our time.
3: Do not spam.
4: Please, if you like our work, take a customer review (Found in our shops). It'll make our workers happier and do better. Also give credit for our work. We appreciate it.

Staff Laws
1: Please be polite with your replies and other.
2: Ask me if you can hire or accept applications.
3: If you are un-polite, you will get fired unless noted.
4: Do not spam.
5: Tell me at all times if you are on leave or something like that. I'll fire you if you don't. (<- I don't really mean that right this moment, but still. Tell me.)
Strike Laws
6: If you disobey any of these laws, you will get 1 strike.
7: If you do not reply to and activity check, you will get 1 strike or else, 2.
8: If you spam, you get 3 strikes.
9: If you get fired/retire, you cannot use T.R.O. BUX anymore.

Rules (Voters and Candidates)
All candidates have to prepare a speech (And no drafts on the threads) containing why you would like to be President. Do not worry if you do not get to be President. You could always be elected Vice President or Assistant Vice President. All candidates have to be aware. Candidates also can say “Vote for me!” but not on the threads. Please note that the more time you spend advertising, you have not much of a speech to tell why you would like to elected. Candidates can also say tidbits of their speech on their advertising, but only two sentences at the most. If you do not follow these rules, you will drop out of the voting. If you are dropped out, you cannot vote.
