#1 To color your text, use the [color=] tag. After the = symbol use an RGB hex code to specify the colors.
Like this.
#2 Oof… I might have to get someone to edit my first post, since I can't edit it myself. However, I won't be able to report it for an edit just yet, but I will within the next 24 hours.
The banners are images, so start by uploading your banner to a whitelisted image host (a lot of people use CubeUpload), then provide to direct image link in an [img] tag.
Activity will be infrequent.

Nice guide! I'm late though, I wanted to post earlier.

Hey there! My name is Nammy. I'm a male Forum Helper and Scratch Wiki Editor.

(I had to close a list on the initial quote to prevent it from spreading it out everywhere)Would definitely. However, as a New Scratcher I will have to ask an ST to edit in those changes. Nice sticky! Are you the first new scratcher to get a sticky? I haven't seen one before.
I have a few suggestions for this list that you might want to consider:Edit: the last idea.
- Don't miss-quote anyone.
- Use correct punctuation (Don't talk like this? It is really annoying?) and capitalization (This Is Hard To Read For Other People) if you can.
- Don't put lots of scratchblocks in you signature; it can crash the page if for people on weaker devices.
- An explanation for pages.
- An explanation for the 60 second rule.
Thank you for your suggestions!
There is actually a bug I found on a hidden test account where New Scratchers can edit posts via URL currently, even if the edit button already disappeared for that post. Just press “report” while logged in to the account where the post was made, and copy the number you see at the end, after &post-id=. Then, type the following URL:
https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/post/(replace the brackets with the number you copied from the report URL earlier; Ctrl+V is most likely recommended)/edit/. Feel free to use it to edit the initial post (making sure to give credit, of course!), if you feel like doing so!
Note: If you can't edit your post, you may be on the wrong account, are logged out, are blocked, or are deleted.

Inspired by coder2045—which, in turn, got inspired by Mr_PenguinAlex.
What's wrong with these blocks? There are zero mistakes because no round has started yet. Beware that some of the mistakes don't relate to the Scratch blocks below.
// No round has started yet.Be the first to comment all of the mistakes on my profile correctly and you'll get a love! You can't comment any mistakes right now because there are none!

The first sticky by a new scratcher! Wow!
Over the years, I've outgrown this website, so this is a mostly inactive account. I might come back from time to time to mess around, but don't count on it. Bye.

Yep. I plan to rewrite this though, but I'm procrastinating…
Thank you!

Cool guide! If you do plan to rewrite this, I suggest adding that bumping a topic more than once every 24 hours is considered spam

Um hey…
I'm a human, I think.

Also, a suggestion of my own for this topic: Make sure to close your BBCode tags (and also define what BBCode is). If someone doesn't close their BBCode tags, it can be very annoying. Quote this post for an example.

Thanks for all the suggestions and feedback! Since the weekend has just been kicked off (for me anyway) I'll start drafting the rewrite!

Plus, does anyone know if there's a status after Scratcher

I recommend you try the Questions about Scratch forums for that. But, to save you the trouble, there is no further rank than Scratcher other than Scratch Team, which is a paying job. Plus, does anyone know if there's a status after Scratcher
