should i be concerned about this?
So, yesterday i was peacefully playing scratch.(I was logged in at the time) I went to go sleep. and I woke up, went back to scratch and I had to sign in…
I know normally that scratch logs you out if you change your password, or log on in a different area.
Should i be concerned about this?
I changed my password just in case, though. (after this happend)

That happens to me all the time, just click the sign in button and your log in info should already be there

I think after changing your password, the problem should be fixed. The same thing happened to me recently.

This is probably nothing to be concerned about. There's a thing called a “session cookie” that Scratch creates when you log in, and when it expires and sees that the session cookie is no longer valid, it boots you back out and makes you log in again. Session cookies usually don't last that long, so the session cookie probably expired.
I don't know how long Scratch session cookies last, but according to EditThisCookie, my Scratch session cookie is set to expire on June 29, so I'd guess they either last 15 days or a month.
Edit: On closer inspection, I found out that Scratch creates a new session cookie every time you log in, and that these cookies last 14 days.

So how come they got logged out, even though they'd last logged into their profile only the day before? Edit: On closer inspection, I found out that Scratch creates a new session cookie every time you log in, and that these cookies last 14 days.

As far as I know the session cookie is only remade if they log completely out (press the log out button) and log back in.So how come they got logged out, even though they'd last logged into their profile only the day before? For me, it's been a lot longer than two weeks since I have had to enter my login information. As far as I know the session cookie is only remade if they log completely out (press the log out button) and log back in.So how come they got logged out, even though they'd last logged into their profile only the day before? It didn't log me out for quite a while, either. Your cookies probably got cleared or something.
