I think Scratch should allow to embed YouTube videos.

Even YouTube videos which have no age restriction can sometimes contain inappropriate content. I don't think there'd be any way to stop inappropriate videos, so I can't see this being implemented. Would be cool though

Just link the video in the notes and credits. Just make sure that if you do this, the content in the video is appropriate for all ages.
