How to tell if code is active or not

Sometimes that can annoy me!
It is just a suggestion tho
Thanks

HI people of the world! I am maisiecutie and my favourite colour is cheese
I like creating funny animations and extra cool games
I make some animations very strategically by thinking of three random things and putting them together

No support

It's pretty easy to tell if a piece of code doesn't have a hat block, so this wouldn't really be necessary.
