The fragment system is a ordering rewards system. Every time you complete an order, you get a fragment randomly generated here. You get A-C 1-4. Something like A1 or B2 or C3 or B4. Once you have all the numbers in the letter (let's say C1, C2, C3 and C4) you get the silver prize and a surprise, plus a C5 fragment (the C1, C2, C3 etc. convert into this automatically). Same number different letter (say A1, B1 and C1), you get a bronze prize and a smaller surprise, plus a D1 fragment. Once you have ALL the fragments, you get the gold prize and a big surprise, with a D5 fragment. Say you have 3 D5 fragments. You get platinum prize and ultra-mega-surprise!

Also, you can trade fragments with other customers. More info is in the link below. Special fragments like D3, B5, D5 cannot be traded. Please visit this page for current trades.

Brief explanation of its history:

This rewards system was very creative and fun. It started out very well with TIPS getting a lot more orders every day, workers taking more orders. But not long after people started to pressure me to continue updating the fragments around the clock. it fell apart when i became tired of updating 24/7 lol
