Why should we hire you?: I owned a shop before; it wasn't extremely successful but I got like 3 orders in before it closed down. Since this shop is more active, I will be sure to check my notifications and this shop thread all the time to make sure there's no unfilled orders that correspond with my department.
How will you help the staff team?: I will be able to take off more stress from the Managers, Co-CEOs, and the CEO, by having this coding department. I can also manage the staff in my department so the Managers won't have to do it all. Also, more staff means faster orders

What is something you will bring to our shop to improve efficiency and productivity? I'll be able to get a lot done faster in order to make sure all of our orders are smooth and amazing and that we get the 5 stars every time
