hi leaders of scratch writing camp
this is a place for u to well
collaborate
so we just do leader stuff like sort out the timetable and solve drama ig
oh be prepared for drama its inevitable

ok things u need to do:
set up ur cabin:
* choose cabin colour, make sure like half the cabins arent one colour try and make em unique you know
* choose ur allies, basically people you dont attack during cabin wars. 3 official allies per cabin, 2 unofficial i believe

pick a co:
*choose ones with at least 5 hour time diff so a camper can be able to contact a leader most times of the day
*2 cos per cabin
*dont choose ur friends unless you actually think they would be good cos regardless of the fact theyre ur friends
*give ur cos the link to here

timetable:
*basically help me choose daily activities in the main cabin uh pretty straightforward suggest stuff

im not really explaining much as theres a greater experienced to non experienced ratio, the experienced leaders will be able to help you out if u need anything/ any questions

also how to deal with drama
*leave comment on the profile of the person ur suspicious of in an assertive manner, usually a quick simple explanation by suspicious person will clear things up
*dont gossip! if it does escalate pls do post it here but keep gossiping to a minimum. i hope we can sort this out in a professional kind manner

I chose my cos but kinda forgot about the time zone rule…sorry. I think it should be ok though, I get up early and stay up late, especially during July, so there won't be much time where my cabin goes without an awake leader.
