Animate a movie? This would probably take a while depending on the length of the movie. Movies that are animated such as ones released by Disney and Pixar take months or even years to make.

If you need to learn how to animate well, there's tutorials all over the internet. I also have a few tips:
Practice
Repeat

If you need help with the frames lining with audio, just time it using wait blocks.

If you need something else, there's probably a project for it.

Actually, the movies made by those AAA producers are sometimes not 2D, you'd sometimes have to go into 3D modelling, skeleton rigging, and skinning just to get it to work right.

Anyway, animating isn't the easiest for a single person, I would suggest following codeman's tips, as well as to not drown yourself in the complexity of what you need to do and what properties you need to modify.

BTW I don't think Help With Scripts is the right place for this. TIMAC might be better.

Animating a movie is hard, because we need to do art. I did a animation where you shouldn't fart in the theater.

I'll show you an example where someone becomes a friend with someone else.

SPRITE 1:

when green flag clicked
go to x: (something) y: (something)
glide (something) secs to x: (something) y: (something)
say [Hello!] for (2) secs
say [Wanna be friends?] for (2) secs
wait (2) secs
say [Thank you!] for (2) secs

SPRITE 2:

when green flag clicked
