one bug i found is that after you look at your messages and go some where else on scratch, the number of messages stays for about a minute after you leave your messages. this is just a small problem

Yeah, it's a small issue, though how easily it's fixed I'm unsure. I do recall taking advantage of this bug.

sometimes i have the same problem

It's a combination of browser cache, server cache, and the time it usually takes for Scratch to process each request (usually almost instantly; the only reason things like a profile page loads up from top to bottom and not shows all at once is because of the extra time it takes to travel kilometres to get the response).
