1 - Customer's Responsibility / Laws
1.0 - You start with 80.5 keks if you are a scratcher, new scratchers get 65.5 keks.
1.0.1 - New scratchers will get raised to 200 keks once they are a scratcher.
1.1 - The customer is responsible for breaking the laws.
1.1.1 - If not breaking a major law, they will be warned. 3 warnings and they are banned from the currency.
1.1.2 - If breaking a major law, the staff will hold a vote, if the majority vote yes, then they will be banned, if the major votes no, they will be warned.
1.1.3 - If falsly accused for breaking a law, victim will get 20 keks as a gift.
1.1.4 - If person that reported the victim lied about the situation, he will be warned.

2 - Staff Laws
2.0 - You need 4 warnings to get fired.
2.0.1 - If you are VP or above, you need 6 warnings.
2.1 - You MUST accept the payment no matter what.
2.2 - You can appeal warnings.
2.2.1 - Warnings appeals will be answered in about a week. add kek to applications
2.3. - Activity checks are held every 2 months.
2.4 - If someone bends the rules, there will be a vote to fire or not fire.

3 - Holidays / Shortened Services
3.0 - We observe Easter, Christmas, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, and New Year's.
3.0.1 - On some years, we will observe the following: Inauguration Day (On an election year),
4th of July (Independence Day), and Veterans Day (On some years we have time, some years we have to operate)
3.1 - We have shortened services every Thursday, (On Thursday we close at 2:00 PM)
3.2 - Shortened Services mean that: Employee Applications, Payments, Pay Days, And the currency Q&A is closed. it also means that they will close early.
3.3 - The only currency holiday that we are open on is our anniversary. (April 30th.)
3.3.1 - On this holiday, we give 10 keks to everyone
3.4. There are coupon days where we release codes for free keks.
3.4.1 - The following dates are coupon days: May 13th, May 18th, June 11th, July 21st, and August 22, and September 29th.

Library of KekCoin

The KCBL is where if you borrow a “book”, you would get some help, but you would have to return it after a certain date. What I mean by “help” is that a person will help you on the KekCoin thread and guide you trough it. But the book is different every time there is a different librarian helping you! You get a library card when you join KC. You have to use a form to return and borrow a book.
Note: This was separated into another topic but we are KEEPING it because we are turning it into a branch.

The catalog is not finished, so there is not that much books.
