Make the forum blocks 3.0

If you type a hex color instead of a type, you can use custom colors.

The point is not to do that.

so you still keep the option for 2.0 blocks

I don't have much to add to the conversation other than that I support this change.

If it takes a while to update, that's fine with me. There isn't necessarily a rush to have this changed, but it would be neat to have it updated sometime soon.

Support! The 3.0 Scratch blocks look nicer. But I think this should be added when the whole forum pages look like Scratch 3.0 because it wouldn't make sense if the Scratch blocks in the forums are 3.0 but not the top bar and other stuff. Plus, it can be less confusing for new scratchers. A new scratcher could think “Why do the Scratch blocks look like that?”. Also, 2.0 is missing some blocks in 3.0.

Support! The Scratch Wiki has it, but not the forums, why? And I think if they add the Scratch 3 blocks, they'll change the rest of the forums to Scratch 3, unless like mentioned before the block plug-in is done by DjangoBB.

Anyway support. Even though I don't like how 3.0 blocks look, it would be nice to maintain accuracy to what the editor actually looks like. I am a little concerned that it might mess up some signatures, though.
