Costume looks different in costume editor
https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/304831059/
decided to upload this fine svg image of a phone onto Scratch and noticed that it looked different in the costume editor and the project… frame
i understand why the image lost some detail while uploading, but I don't understand why it looks different when rendered onto the project editor.
My browser / operating system: ChromeOS 11647.104.0, Chrome 73.0.3683.88, No Flash version detected

Bump .. this is beyond frustrating, not only are vectors blurred in full screen and small screen, but sprite costumes have become misaligned, and this still isn't fixed more than a year after release.
Here's a crisp, clear image of a project in Scratch 2.0

That same project in 3.0 - note the fonts are blurred, shapes misaligned, and generally looks worse than 2.0.

I suggest you open the above two images in a new tab and view side by side to get a clearer picture of the issue.
This issue is not confined to any browser in particular, and is reproducible on my laptop and desktop, and many others have the same issue.
