Scrapped extension found in archived beta?

I was looking through old versions of the 3.0 preview (preview.scratch.mit.edu) in the internet archive and found this in the extensions menu:

The last version I could find it in is from May 16, 2018. The next snapshot, on July 29, replaced it with google translate.

Not scrapped, they are working hard to get speech to text working right and will come soon.
