My Suggestion
My suggestion is a when stop clicked block for the project to do something when stop is clicked I've seen many projects with extra hard coding for it to do something after stop is clicked. Here is an example of what i think it looks like when i think of it: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/303683654/

No support, the point of the stop sign is to stop projects, not to start them…

Yep, this is rejected — the Scratch Team will not add it.
1.2 “When stop sign clicked” hat block
Some users want a block (…) allowing users to click the stop sign to run a script. However, the stop sign is designed to stop all the scripts in the project. With this block in place, more scripts will start when you want the project to stop, thus defeating the purpose of the stop sign. This could also be rather confusing for the “stop all” block. Regardless, there is a workaround that uses the “when (timer) > (number)” hat block.
