Founder - Hire, fire, call activity checks, create new threads, close threads, etc. (openPoll, openPoII, AFNNetworkK12, AfterNetwork)
President - Same as Founder but cannot close threads. Can make new threads with permission from the Founder (MClovers)
Vice President - Same as President. Can create new threads if President is inactive and with permission from Founder (Open)
Chairperson - Hire, call activity checks, proposes new rules to the Founder. If there is a vote or poll on something they have the executive vote if there is a tie (ZPgaming)
Vice Chairperson - Same thing as Chairperson (but only has the executive vote power if the Chairperson doesn't vote). fills in for Chairperson when they are inactive (Open)
Head Mentor - Helps out other mentors with getting started. Can also hire Mentors (PROMOTION FROM MENTOR ONLY)
Thread Moderator - Scans thread from spam and other stuff like very off-topic stuff. Is not a mentor - (Open)
Secretary - In charge of managing customers' accounts, payday, etc. Supervises work done in Bling. Can call activity checks. Does not mentor (Open)
Vice Secretary - Same thing as Secretary, fills in for them when Secretary is inactive - (Open)

1. Bling is a currency/rewards system targeted at people wanting rewards and compensation for their good deeds. Participation in this system is completely optional.
   
2. Members of staff will look at your activities and see if you have posted a project, helped a user in any of the following sub-forums: New Scratchers, Help with Scripts, Requests, Questions about Scratch, Suggestions, Bugs and Glitches, or helped with the development with Bling or posted a news article. You can also make a claim to receive Blings if you have helped a Scratch Team member or have created a suggestion that is not a rejected suggestion or a suggestion that can lead to a rejected suggestion. However, you must have the link to the redeeming material.
   
3. When redeeming Blings for another item, you must provide a link to the project if the item you are claiming is related to a project. If you don't, a random project will be selected. All shoutouts are on the Bling Main Page and on @openPoll's profile.
   
4. You must use the forms when you want to perform an action. To confirm that you have read this, when applying to be a staff member, include one of these five words: cock-a-doodle-doo, Za-Chary, Wingull, applesauce, chezburger
   
5. The above codewords have to be hidden in some way. Be creative and you may get a pay raise!
   
6. When joining, you agree to these Terms. Any users found to not be in accordance in these Terms will have one of the following actions taken against them: Blings removed from offender's acount, strike, fire, temp. ban from system.
   
7. Staff can decline your applications as long as said staff member can provide reason(s) as to why you are declined.
   
8. All staff members (except Secretary, Vice Secretary and Thread Moderator) are mentors. These “mentors” will watch the activity of their assigned user(s). Mentors may have to follow a user so they can perform their duties.
   
9. Please do not bear grudges.
   
10. Making jokes is ok as long as no-one goes off topic, the jokes do not insult another's feelings, and the jokes are appropriate for Scratch. All jokes about staff members having higher authority than other users as long as it is in strikethrough.
    
11. When signing up a shop, if you are NOT the owner, you have to provide a link to the post/comment from the owner saying that you have their permission. Also, when signing up, include the code word “MCburger”
    
12. Shop owners are required to co-operative with Bling.
    
13. When transferring Blings between two accounts, both users will be notified on their profile by a Mentor.
    
14. I've probably missed some crucial rules. Suggestions to improve these Terms and Conditions (and anything else Bling!) are welcomed.
    
15. And finally, the most important rule, have fun with us.
