I just want to know what the death ray tweet means. I'll close it only when I do know.

None of this means anything. For now we are safe from nuclear war

But what it says sounds like if the death ray fires once, everything on Earth dies. Did he mean something else?

Probably. We’re capable of that sort of thing, but not from lasers
The website about it doesn’t seem very credible either
